Refund policy

All wheels being returned to our facility must have an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any wheels received without a valid RMA will be refused and returned to the sender.

Please ensure all wheels are packaged in their original Velgen packaging. Returns will only be accepted for wheels that have not been mounted with tires. Once wheels have been mounted, they are no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all authorized returns.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Velgen Wheels is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
