DRAGG spotlight: Year in review
DRAGG has done an outstanding job this year. They had a few words to say about 2015 and their upcoming projects. “2015 was a banner year for the DRAGG program. We had over 60 students go through our program with 35 graduating last June. Ten of those graduating senior students went onto area colleges and four are attending Universal Technical Institute. We teamed up again this year with Ford and many other auto industry leading sponsors to build “Thin Blue Line” 2015 Ford Mustang. This car was a hit at SEMA 2015 and we have many more plans with the vehicle in 2016.”
We are entering our second semester of our 2015/2016 school year. We are working on several great vehicle projects as well as planning on some great trips. We have plans to attend Barrett Jackson’s with Ford, Winter Nationals with Lucas Oil along with Long Beach Grand Prix with Mothers Polish. In June we will be graduating over 40 students from our program and handing out 10-15 scholarships. We are always looking for assistance in obtaining these scholarships to help our students further there education.
